Lineal Homes Ltd. is registered with Pacific Home Warranty to provide a 2-5-10 warranty on all of our new builds.
Most local municipalities in Greater Victoria are allowing the addition of a garden suite. We can help you navigate the out what can be built as per the bylaws, design it per your specifications, and build it.
